The future process can be testing at times, and the tasks we give our Futures are solely based on sisterhood and service. We use these tasks to let qualities shine through, an also to find strengths and weaknesses. But first and foremost, their whole process is about forming a bond and really getting to know their line sisters, and Big Sisters. As a Vixen we work to improve ourselves and each other, so a Future must be able to do the same. We do throw abuse at each other, we calmly discuss situations as the grown women we are, and come to resolution. That is also something our Futures must possess the ability to do, or be able to aquire this ability through their pledging process. Below are a few things our futures have taken part in through their processes. If you are interested in becoming a future Vixen, please fill out this

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS

Our first chapter, the Pillars of Distinction, came together and hosted an event to raise awareness for people who suffer, or have suffered, from domestic violence. When researching they found this cause to be often "brushed under the carpet" and kept hidden. The percentages of men and women being abused at home is constantly on the rise. People aren't just physically affected, but also emotionally, and more than anything, mentally.

The futures presented factual information throughout the event to their guests, and raised donations of over 7000 lindens for our first future event. A great start to new beginnings.

A huge thank you to everyone who came, without your support these events wouldn't happen. A massive thank you to our DJ Epiphany for providing the beats for the evening.

AUTISM AWARENESS

Our second line, Remarkable Duo, researched Autism as their choice for their event task. They both worked well together to achieve a well planned event towards raising awareness for this cause.

We personally thank everyone who attended, and donated. And to DJ EllaKane for providing us with some great music for this cause. And lastly to Batista's Restaurant for the location.

We raised nearly 3000 Lindens for this cause.

EPILEPSY AWARENESS

Our Third Line, The Elements, planned and hosted this beautiful event for Epilepsy awareness.

A huge thank you to Thicks Elizabeth Carolina for providing the location for this successful event, DJ Showtime for providing the music, and all the guests who made this a successful evening.

We raised over 20,000L for this cause. Thank you!
